Okay so Day 2 wasn’t the best. I reached my goal for calories burned, thanks to my power walk during lunch. Michael and I are going to Weight Watchers today so I know I will start to improve soon!

*My goal is 20% Protein, 20% fat, and 60% Carbs

Ugh, I think it was the PM snack. I could of found something way more healthier and for less calories to eat. I am going grocery shopping this evening for some healthier snack options to keep at work.

Do you have any suggestions for a healthy PM snack? I’m listening.

    I see your willpower with the 1/2 servings! Dinner looked like happy hour gone wild though. It’s so easy to go over calorie count and it’s just as easy to go under (with planning). I’d suggest having a bigger breakfast and more filling, but not as calorie-dense afternoon snack, and then have a dinner that’s less than 400 calories. Btw, I can dish out the advice, but for me to follow my own is a whole ‘nother story. *smh*

    One of my favorite snacks: slice up an apple (I like pink ladys) and put in a ziplock bag. Add a drop of lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and some stevia powder. Shake it up and then dip the slices in almond butter. It’s messy to eat but it is delicious!
